Physical and Environmental Security

Our Miami FL 1 data center is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by security personnel who control access to the building. Access to the data center is controlled through a biometric hand scan and all cabinets are locked securely on both sides. CCTV digital cameras have been strategically placed throughout the space to capture all activities, and all footage is archived for future retrieval. Additionally, our CCTV system is fully integrated into the alarm system and the physical structure of the building surpasses all local building codes and standards with added security measures.

Miami FL 1 is protected by the TotalPac Fire Suppression System, which is a dual alarmed, dual interlock, multi-zoned, pre-zoned, pre-action, dry pipe fire suppression delivery system. The electrical and mechanical systems have been built with the latest technologies which provide clients with N+1 redundancy to guarantee continuous operation with branch breaker monitoring plus dual power grid services.

The facility’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is designed to provide optimum operating conditions for all data center hardware. The HVAC system ensures the environment is constant, providing appropriate airflow, temperature, and humidity.
