Important Order Instructions
  • All orders shipped within Florida will be charged state sales tax.
  • Some locations may receive shipments on Saturday.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Military APO/FPO orders welcome! Shipments will take 4-8 weeks to arrive via USPS, plus processing time. Additional shipping charges apply. (Due to military APO/FPO box size, a 20 inch or larger monitor will not fit. Please remove it from your shopping cart and purchase it locally.)
  • Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to send orders to certain International locations.
  • International customers, including those in Puerto Rico and Canada, are responsible to pay any applicable duty tax.
  • VaultNetworks.com does not process orders during weekends, nor do we guarantee service failures for shipping transit time.
  • The purchase of any extra peripherals such as games, software, printers, accessories, etc. is not covered under Alienware’s free shipping promotion and is subject to a shipping cost. This cost will be reflected on the Shipping & Handling total of your bill.
